My role was to provide pre and post sales support to clients by evaluating their business needs and creating cost-effective solutions to resolve issues. I supported sales staff on customer visits to evaluate technical issues, and helped existing customers resolve problems from network, server, and other hardware components.

 

  • Implemented a teller automation solution for AmSouth Banks throughout Florida and for First Union Banks in Florida and South Carolina.
  • Implemented OpenView Network Node Manager for Seagate Software and provided training for staff.
