Managed production network servers and nodes.  Evaluated the existing infrastructure and recommended upgrades.  Converted existing data assets to a new network and server infrastructure.  Replaced an outdated Novell NetWare server implementation with a Microsoft NT server environment.

• Improved network capability and reliability by replacing faulty cable plant with new wire.
• Migrated existing network server environment and applications from Netware to NT.
