• Implemented an Enterprise-wide Information Rights Management system at Lockheed Martin based upon Microsoft AD Rights Management Services.
• Devised IT Operations policies and processes for data center business continuity, change management, capacity planning, security, fault management and configuration management. Managed operational liaison among international business partners in EMEA, AP, and CALA for Lucent Technologies.
• Developed a risk assessment of Lucent Technologies’ network equipment and circuits and led the development of the Remedy ARS help-desk and inventory system, saving $15 Million in false maintenance charges for unused circuits and network ports.
• Implemented an Enterprise Network & Server Management solution to monitor Lucent’s global WAN, replacing existing servers in Florida, The Netherlands, and Singapore, reducing network operations center mean time to repair metrics 97%, and saving $3+ Million annually.
