I was responsible for all aspects of PC support for SunTrust’s operations center, including desktop support, network installation and support, application development, and training staff to use technology and applications.

 

  • Managed staff of developers and system analysts to support all PC related issues for the SunTrust automated clearinghouse and processing center.
  • Integrated acquisition banks into existing operations at SunTrust Banks.
  • Developed an employee applicant tracking application for the human resources department, eliminating the need for staff to conduct tedious manual reporting.
  • Created a lockbox tracking application that tracked payment processing entries from receipt to final disposition, enabling lockbox managers to evaluate the process as well as document work performed.
